  Polyester, Polyamide

  Woven black gold! Very present in the textile industry, polyester is often acclaimed for its properties of resistance and elasticity, limiting the wrinkling of the garment. Easy to maintain, the production of polyester and polyamide fabrics nevertheless remains particularly polluting, so it is essential to use them down to the last square millimetre!

  Acrylic

  Acrylic is an artificial fiber derived from petrochemicals, commonly used in the textile industry for the production of synthetic fur and artificial wool. Easy to dye and less expensive than natural wool fibres, it is a material particularly popular with companies producing in large series. Its production being moreover all the more polluting than polyester, each micro meter produced is to be used!

  Materials such as polyurethane, neoprene, scuba include a layer of foam, as for the materials used to make diving suits. They have elastic properties, are real thermal insulators, and are also shape memory. This type of material is also used for the double-sided character that constitutes them.
